• Payments for trekking tours are required upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Card, Paypal, Esewa, Khalti, etc.
• Prices for trekking tours may vary, and we will notify you of any changes prior to confirming your booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Refunds will be provided as per our cancellation policy, which can be found on our website or by contacting us directly.
• Cancellations may be subject to charges, and refunds are not guaranteed depending on the timing of the cancellation and the trek conditions.

5. Health and Safety

• By booking a trek with us, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in the physical activities involved in the trek.
• You must notify us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in a trek.
• We reserve the right to deny participation if we determine that a guest’s health or fitness level is insufficient for the trek.

6. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, personal injury, medical emergencies, and any other incidents that may occur during the trek.

7. Age Requirement Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and older. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts full responsibility for their actions.

8. Liability

• We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during your trek.
• We are also not liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations to the trek caused by external factors, including weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

9. Code of Conduct

• You agree to respect the local culture, environment, and all members of the trekking group.
• Any inappropriate behavior, including harassment or damage to property, will result in immediate termination of the trek without a refund.
